Spleenが生まれた理由

The reason Spleen was created

Many people in Japan struggle to sleep. In the relentless pace of work, family, and daily life, the mind and body quietly lose their ability to rest. Even something as ordinary as sharing a bedroom can, without our realizing it, unravel the rhythm of sleep.

I know this from my own life. For a long time, sleep was something I couldn't find.

When sleepless nights accumulate, the effects are quiet but far-reaching — on health, on skin, on the sense of self. And yet, caught in the current of busyness, sleep kept getting pushed aside. At some point, I realized I had stopped expecting it. I had learned to give up on rest.

But rest is not something to give up on.

Before turning to medication, before resigning yourself to another restless night — there is something you can do. Ten minutes. A small, intentional pause before sleep. A gentle act of returning to yourself.

That is why Spleen exists.

Ten minutes before bed: away from screens, away from the noise of the day. A moment to settle — beautifully, quietly — into the night. To hold yourself with a little more care.

This is the sleep culture we want to bring to the world.
